Our History: The House that Osvaldo Verani Built

In 1967, my father, Osvaldo Verani, started this NH real estate business and laid a solid foundation for growth. It was a time when most transactions were face to face, when his personal touch won him a loyal customer base, when his hard work and vision helped others find or build the New Hampshire houses that would become their home.

He started small, but he had an uncanny ability to recognize opportunities and believed that, if he worked hard enough, his goals were attainable. He framed his philosophy on the principles of mutual respect, trust, customer service, and quality, and he taught my brother Giovanni, now vice president of the company, and me that these core principles would serve us well as the real estate business expanded and became more sophisticated over the years.

During the last 40+ years, we have indeed broadened our activities and specialization from NH residential real estate & NH new construction to NH land development, commercial and industrial real estate, property management, investment and rental properties, to New Hampshire relocation services. To aid in this diversification, we've added skilled staff, automated our systems, and in 1988, joined the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates family...an invaluable global network of resources that promote the real estate goals of our customers.

We use this technology and a wealth of state-of-the-art resources to our customers' advantage, but we retain a sense of our history, a respect for what my father set out to accomplish, and the realization that the expertise and integrity of our people are at the heart of our success.
