Meet April Dunn

I have been in the real estate industry for fifteen years. I specialize in residential real estate in the Concord area. I am on the Board of Directors, a member of the Concord Board of REALTORS, and volunteer on several committees including public relations.

Throughout the years, I have taken great pride in providing excellent customer service for my clients, resulting in many referrals. I believe that an established relationship lasts a lifetime, not as some would view "as a one time transaction." I work very hard, and I give my clients 125%- At the end of the day when I receive an email or a postcard from a client saying "thank you" or a simple note describing how they remodeled their kitchen and painted it canary yellow and go on to say how happy they are in their new home, it makes it all worth while. It's a very rewarding profession and I wouldn't choose another career.
