Meet April Dunn

For nearly two decades, April has been in real estate and is a customer focused mother-daughter team with Joanie Andrews. They were former owners of Heart and Homes Realty where their business savvy helps their customers and clients. The hallmark of their business is putting the customer as number one and listening to their needs. April most recently was filmed in an episode of HGTV's House Hunter and was excited to be part of the production as well as highlight one of her client's real estate experiences!

She specializes in residential real estate in the Concord area and knows the area well as a lifelong resident. She is active in the real estate community, knowledgeable of the changes in the industry which affect her clients. She is on the Board of Directors, a member of the Concord Board of REALTORS, and volunteer on several committees including public relations.

Throughout the years, she has taken great pride in providing excellent customer service for her clients, resulting in many referrals. She believes that an established relationship lasts a lifetime, not as some would view "as a one time transaction." She works very hard, and gives her clients 125%- At the end of the day when she receives an email or a postcard from a client saying "thank you" or a simple note describing how they remodeled their kitchen and painted it canary yellow and say how happy they are in their new home, it makes it all worth while. It's a very rewarding profession and she would not choose another career.

April wears many hats as a Realtor, wife, business owner but her proudest role is that of mother to four beautiful children. she is a great cheerleader and is always on the sideliness as soccer, football baseball games and watching for the next step of her daughters' dance recitals.
