Meet Arthur Pappas

A graduate of Boston University School of Management and The George Washington University, and has been involved in Maine and New Hampshire businesses since 1972.

He served as the owner and director of over 15 restaurants and boutique hotels ranging from 100 to 500 seats and from 12 to 161 rooms. His expertise was in the formulation of business plans, profit and loss projections, marketing strategies, menu design and engineering.

As a part of the Hospitality Business, Shore Development was formed; which designed, built, marketed and sold shopping centers, restaurants, affordable housing, up scale homes, and the development of farmland preservation projects. As a result, he has developed an expertise in the location, development, design and construction implementation as well as its ultimate Real Estate sales transactions.

Currently he is affiliated with Prudential Verani, Portsmouth, NH and is licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine. Arthur also has been an active member in Rotary International since 1985.
