Bob spent 23 years in the High Tech business development field prior to starting his Commercial and Investment Real Estate Career in 2002. I initially approached Bob because I had received one of his flyers in the mail. In it, he had a similar property listed at what I thought was a high price. Upon inquiring, Bob informed me that the property in question had just closed at close to asking price. Encouraged, I had him perform a market analysis of my property. I was skeptical when Bob informed me of his opinion of what price the property could command. This value was several hundred thousand dollars above what two other area realtors had valued it at, one of which had previously listed the property, to no effect. I listed the property with Bob, figuring I had little to lose. I was pleasantly surprised when I received three competing offers within 6 weeks, at or close to asking price, the highest of which I accepted, and recently completed the transaction. During the entire process, Bob showed the utmost professionalism in marketing the property and guiding the transaction. He was extremely proactive in ensuring that no lose ends could slow the sale.
