Meet Bob Crossley

Bob Crossley had his first start in the Food Industry back in the early 1970s working restaurants, diners, delis , bakeries and grocery stores. After college and in 1974 Bob started a career with an aggressive New Jersey food chain where customer service perfection and staff training for excellence were always competing for the top shelf. When Bob left them in 1988 he had risen through various staff and operational postions to the executive management level. This corporate training allowed him to be successful when he and his wife and partner, Ann decided it was time to venture off to New Hampshire and create their own business. Since then, the Crossleys have owned and operated a busy Lakes Region Grocery Store, Bakery and Sub shop, started ran and sold a cafe and did some retail consulting for new ventures and start ups. During these years they also learned about buying and selling investment property as well as rehabbing homes for resale so in 2001, the Crossleys began a second career by entering the Real Estate business full time. Since then, they have had more than 100 property sale closings totalling in excess of 27 million dollars For 2009 they have joined the Verani team and look forward to being a successful addition to their Commercial Sales Division as well as selling homes in the Lakes Region and Central New Hampshire area. The Crossleys understand entrepreneurship and find them selves gravitating towards the small business owner in all they do.
