-We are writing to express our pleasure with real estate agent Cammie Ferreras, who represented us in our recent sale of a single-family home.  When we decided to sell our home, we met with and considered three other agents, but my wife and I both decided that Cammie was the most knowledgeable and had the personality we were looking for to guide us through the process of our first home sale. 

It turned out that we chose wisely. From start to finish, Cammie was there for us with great advice at every step of the way, often when we had really difficult decisions to make. In the end our buyer was represented by a very awkward agent who was extremely difficult to deal with, but Cammie made sure that we all kept our calm and we always carefully considered our next actions.

Cammie also went way beyond the call of duty and advised us on various issues such as what we should fix and who she would recommend to fix the items from the home inspection requested by our buyers.  Cammie was available day and night, weekday or weekend, to make sure that our concerns were addressed.
