Four decades of real estate experience is priceless! Cathy has been specializing and servicing buyers and sellers Seacoast of NH and ME from multi family homes, condominiums, commercial to residential real estate.  Her experience and knowledge of the local markets and solid reputation within the brokerage community translates into a valuable resource for her clients. Clients have said that her ability to listen and decipher their wants and needs are two of Cathy’s trademark strengths. Due to the evolution of the real estate industry and its changes, she places an emphasis on continuing education and has received the advanced designations of CRS(Certified Residential Specialist, SRES®(Senior Housing Specialist) and ABR®(Accredited Buyer Representative. As an active member of the Seacoast Board she also has served as President of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, Member of the Professional Standards, Finance& Education Committees.  Cathy has spent many years assisting in fund raising events for local charities including Cross Roads, Family First, Portsmouth Housing Authority and many more. She cares about her community and is always willing to give back and help out.

In 2005, she was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence and she has been an award winning Agent for over three decades! In addition to receiving the President Circle and Leading Edge award multiple times, she also is consistent multi-million dollar sales producer year after year.

As a lifelong resident of Portsmouth NH, Cathy has a unique perspective on life in Portsmouth and all of its offerings from its rich history, restaurants and shopping to its cultural events. If and when she has some spare time, she enjoys reading a good book, loves old classic and just released movies and can often be seen helping out the local shelters and charities.  You can typically hear her say “Have a great day” which is why she is very active in her community and enjoys helping others as she wants to help the next person have a great day!

She loves sharing her insights of the Seacoast area with others and spending time enjoying and exploring new places.  Cathy has also travelled all over the world, loves meeting new people and understanding new cultures and loves eth excitement of travelling. Cathy is a dog lover and her four pooches including two Scotties, a Westie and a Jack Russell. They are her best friends, keep her very busy and she can often be seen taking them for long walks or perhaps it might appear they are taking her for a walk!
