Meet Chris Evans

     I have been a full time, professional, NH licensed Real Estate Broker for over 30 years.

    While others have come and gone, I've weathered through 3 market crashes, the collapse of NH's five largest banks, interest rates as high as 21%, both wild buyer and wild seller markets.

    My interest in real estate started at 15 while helping my parents maintain their real estate holdings, working summers in new construction. At 18, I got my NH real estate salesperson's license. I began with Joan Blais Realty in Manchester, selling two homes, taking one listing then selling it, in my first three weekends part-time in real estate. I quit my full time job and have been a full time real estate professional since. In my first year, I made into the million dollar sales club (a million dollars of real estate sales, a good feat while houses were around $30,000 each) and was dubbed the "Wiz Kid". I attended college majoring in marketing as well as extensive real estate training. The next year earned my real estate broker's license and entered the multi-million dollar sales club. I then began networking with some of the constractors I had known or met, focusing on new home developments, typically maintaining 25 to 30 pending sales at any given time. I purchased my first real estate investment at 20 years old, a two family, fixer upper. By mid 20's, I had 49 units.

   After establishing my skills in sales and real estate management, I was called upon to manage all of the new construction sales, averaging over a 100 new homes per year. Our office remained in the top ten agencies despite our small size. I then managing all of the sales in the office. I was responsible for all day to day real estate activities in our office with as many as 23 agents. I conducted training for all agents, new agents, in sales, real estate skills, financing, all facets of real estate. Through various cycles in the real estate market, I've worked directly with real estate attorneys, estate attorneys, developers, US Dept of Veterans Affairs, US Dept of Housing and Urban Development, Resolution Trust Corp, BONHAM, several local lenders, out of state lenders, asset management companies in liquidation and sales of REO. I have worked through all facets of the process from pre-foreclosure to sale of the REO, from pre-foreclosure BPO & evaluation, negotiations with borrowers to pre-sell the homes, keys for cash, etc. Then all post foreclosure services such as eviction, bringing the property onto the market, contracting for maintenance, utilities, repairs, winterization, etc while providing continual updates and handling every facet of the sale through to the closing. I have extensive experience in work-out sales and and short sales.

    I opened my own real estate firm, Access Realty Inc. I ran that firm for 12 years, successfully listing, selling, managing and investing in over $100 million in residential, multi-family, land, land development and light commercial real estate.

   With vision of the real estate market of the future, we merged with Prudential Verani Realty, to become part of both an international franchise and the leading real estate firm in NH.    In addition to majoring in marketing in college, graduate of Pru U ( a comprehensive real estate training program), over the last 30 years, I have attended countless classes, seminars, certifications, continuing education, studied, read, trained in virtually every aspect of real estate.

    I have invested in real estate since I was 20 years old. I have purchased properties for investment, rental, land development, fixer uppers, built new homes, etc. At last count, I have owned over 80 properties. The hands on experience of buying, fixing, managing and selling these properties is immeasurable. Several other real estate investors with real estate licenses have listed and sold with me knowing my level of expertise.

    Former Justice of the Peace. Former insurance and securities licenses. Licensed private pilot. I have resided in Bow for 14 years with three children. Previously in Hooksett for 10 years. Coached youth basketball. Active volunteer for Bow Youht Football. For hobbies and other interest I enjoy first and foremost, activities with my children, as well as woodworking, designing and building furniture and almost anything, scuba diving, extensive travel, outdoors activities, camping, biking, 4 wheelin, hiking, skiing, snow boarding, sailing/boating, scrabble, cards, games.
