Since 1980, I have been involved with all facets of real estate from property management, new construction sales and to Director of Operations for a building company of over 100 homes per year. As a Naples, Florida "snowflake, I can connect people with the best real estate agent to assist them in a second home by screening their next agent! My heart is in the Sunapee area and I have learned all of its nooks and crannies and love to share with people. I can assist with any buying or selling needs!

As broker/owner of a Prudential franchise since 1989, the power of the brand is an integral part of my business value. As VP of Real Estate Sales with Prudential Verani, I work closely with the management team on the day to day real estate operations and provide educational training to understand the current market and how it affects our buyers and sellers. My experience enables me to provide well rounded knowledge regarding the industry and bring many years of experience to each transaction. They fondly refer to me as the CCO-Chief Cheery Officer.

I am experienced in all markets and love to share my passion regarding real estate and our number one role is to help buyers and sellers make the best decisions. Marketing and understanding what the needs of the client and customer is key to a real estate transaction. As a certified trainer, educator and speaker, I share my insight into the real estate transaction and how agents can improve their performance. As a veteran Realtor of over 7 years, I was very excited to join the Prudential Verani Salem, NH office earlier this year. When I heard about Prudential University, or Pru U, I asked myself “What can they tell me that I don’t already know?” The answer surprised me.

I am a proud Boston College eagle graduate with a major in Spanish and French language as well as a study of Mandarin Chinese and business with marketing emphasis.

I studied in Madrid Spain, returned to Barcelona for the Summer Olympics and witnessed the Dream Team in motion. With my knowledge of languages, I have travelled extensively throughout Europe and and love meeting the locals.

For over ten years, I have been a "snowflake" enjoying and golfing at my Naples Florida "other home". Married to an architect has given me the insight and enhanced the new home construction business. My home is in the Lake Sunapee area and I love seeing the lake from my house throughout all the glorious seasons.

We have been fortunate to "rent" my brother's children over the years!
