Greg's customer service excellence was borne from nearly a decade of his experience in the healthcare industry. He worked with insurance companies as well as providers and has an understanding of health care claims, processing, auditing to marketing. He understood that he was working with people and the two most important aspects of a person's life-their money and their health.Greg brings this same respect to the real estate transaction and the biggest investment of someone's life.

With Greg's dad as a builder, he brought this knowledge to his renovations and remodeling investments that he has done over the years which began when he lived in Connecticut. His new construction background enables him to have a keen eye on the details as well as quality!

Greg's diverse real estate experience and adventures brought him to Costa Rica where he was involved in land as well as residential sales representing buyers and sellers. He specialized in the beautiful jungle beach area of Playa San Miguel on the Nicoya Peninsula.

Greg resides in Concord, NH where his home base allows him to service real estate needs from the Massachusetts and Vermont borders to the Lake region as well as the Capitol area.

Lowell, Mass has been home to famous writer, Jack Kerouac, beloved actress Betty Davis and now Realtor, Greg Leavitt!

Greg has always been a part of the Merrimack River and its beautiful valleys in both New Hampshire and in Massachusetts. In the early 80's, Greg moved north to beautiful New Hampshire. Although he has travelled to many corners of the world, he loves the natural beauty, clean fresh air, the four seasons and has described it like "a cruise where you never have to leave the boat".

Greg has travelled extensively which has brought him from the West Coast of California, Oregon, Alaska and all the way to Hawaii. He has also explored via planes, trains and automobiles to the foreign countries of Japan, Belize, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. Greg loves to travel to meet new people and exploring new places.

Greg is an outdoorsman at heart and enjoys any outdoor activities, including fishing, hiking, scuba diving, camping, kayaking, and most sports in general.

Greg is a very kind hearted spirit and people love his easygoing manner, good sense of humor and patience. His friends describe him as always wearing a smile!
