Meet Janis Cashman

Janis's real estate knowledge with nearly three decades of experience is priceless as the real estate transactions have changed and evolved over the years. She is thorough and her follow through triumphs each transaction.

Her on site sales experiences with new homes and development from Scottsdale AZ, Cape Cod, Nantucket and the Lakes Region have enabled her to sharpen her sales skills including strong negotiation and the building process. With her background in home design and working with architects, she understands the fine features of homes and position a home for sale in the marketplace. Her knowledge enables her to assist as a buyers agent with either building a home or finding a piece of land that will best suit their needs.

As a lakefront specialist and living in Wolfeboro, she is experienced with  the shoreline protectation rules, regs as well as all the all of the New Hampshire bodies of water, especially Lake Winnipesaukee.

Janis is a down to earth gal who was raised in Eastern PA in the midst of the Poconos and loved living among natural beauty which is also a reason why she loves New Hampshire.

She is married and a proud mother of her son who is an active teen and accomplished in academics, sports as well as plays the guitar. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and exploring the nooks and crannies of Lake Winni and she loves sharing this with her customers and clients. She is passionate about her two dogs and enjoys taking long walks with them in the beautiful New Hampshire woods. When she has the time, she is a voracious reading and loves fiction as well as autobiographies.

She cooks healthy homestyle cooking and specializes in light gourmet and loves soups and stews, especially in the winter months. Her variety in cooking as well as her other interests is just as diverse as her real estate experiences to assist buyers and sellers.

Both she and her son are involved with a local environmental group called GALA which assists with alternative oil options, energy raisers for solar power hot water systems and more in the local area.
