Meet Julie Krupa

Patient, Caring, Thorough is what Julie has learned as a parent, substitute teacher and in the medical insurance field.

Julie has been a life long resident of Southern NH(with a ten year hiatus to Scituate Mass) and has the knowledge to help you make an informed decision on your next place to call home.

As a full time Realtor, she is available everyday of the week by phone, email, text or fax and is quick and responsive to your questions and needs

Julie is an active member of Granite State South Board of Realtors and continuing education is a focus of hers as the real estate market is ever changing. She is e-certified, has received the LMC(Loss Mitigation Certification) is trained in short sales and forelosures and is a Relocation Specialist.

Her specialities include: Horse properties, antique homes, residential listings and buyers, whether this is your first home or 5th.

Julie earned her BA in psychology from New England College and her goal is to make your real estate experience a pleasant one.

We would highly recommend you as a  realtor.

We came up from Massachusetts in one of the worst rain storms of the year. You spent the entire Saturday showing us houses. You took us to 7 homes out of which we loved three of them. You even kept our tired children busy as we looked at the last ones.

After 6 months looking with other realtors, it was great to have found a choice of three homes that were all awesome and just what we had been looking for.

You spent the next couple of months guiding us through the process of buying the new home. You always got us the information we were looking for and kept tabs on all of the little things that needed to come together for the purchase.

I'd like to thank you for all you did for the sale of our home, it was bittersweet for me. I am glad I have removed that financial responsibility off my plate and my parents plate for that matter. The minute you meet Julie, you will know why people enjoying working with her as she is caring, dedicated and always wears a smile. She is passionate about providing a great real estate experience.

She has lived in Southern NH most of her life and takes pride in her beautiful state and all it has to offer and loves to share it with others! She has enjoyed skiing in the North, spending summers on Lake Winnipesaukee or boating out of the Hampton River and says "There is always plenty to see and do." With two grown teenagers, she and her husband are very active and adventuresome!

Home for her is an antique colonial which she shares with my husband Charlie, a Pulitzer prize winning photographer, our two teenagers, dog, two cats and a horse. Her husband has photographed at several Olympics, Red Sox Spring Training, travelled on Air Force one as well as political candidates.

Her hobbies include skiing, horseback riding, renovation, decorating and volunteering at the SNH Animal Rescue League. Julie is always on the go!
