Meet Julie Krupa

As a life long resident of Southern NH, I have the knowledge to help you make an informed decision on your next place to call home.

I am a full time Realtor which means I am available everyday of the week by phone, email, text or fax.

I am a member of Granite State South Board of Realtors, e-certified, LMC(loss mitigation certification), trained in short sales and forelosures, and relocation specialist.

My specialities include: Horse properties, antique homes, residential listings and buyers, whether this is your first home or 5th.

I earned my BA in psychology from New England College

My goal is to make your real estate experience a pleasant one.

Having lived in Southern NH most of my life, I take pride in our beautiful state and all it has to offer. From skiing in the North, spending summers on Lake Winnipesaukee or boating out of Hampton River.  There is always plenty to see and do.

Home is an antique colonial which I share with my husband Charlie, a Pulitzer prize winning photographer, and our two teenagers.  We also live with our dog, two cats and a horse.

Hobbies include skiing, horseback riding, renovation, decorating and volunteering at the SNH Animal Rescue League.
