Meet Karen Saffian

Proven and Established

Karen’s been serving people in the community all her life.  She began her career working for her family in the tourist industry where a solid work ethic was instilled.  She went on to higher education, became certified as an interpreter for the deaf and also earned degrees in paralegal, and business administration.  She later employed those skills in the NH public school system working directly with deaf children, and also managed a restaurant, photography business and various construction projects.

To offer a better service to the people in her community has always been her passion.  She’s extremely patient, a great listener and able to grasp one’s idea and turn it into reality.  Selling real estate comes natural to Karen.  Her clients benefit from her 12 years of experience.  She’s a tremendous negotiator, sets realistic expectations, guides her clients through the whole process and is attentive to all details.

I’ve lived in NH since 1975 and grew up serving the visitors of our great state.  As one of seven children, I helped my parents run the family business and learned the value of how to earn an honest living and the joy of a job well done.  Most of all I enjoyed meeting new people, learning new things and experiencing all the wonders of the Granite State.

Since then I’ve had the opportunity to live in different communities throughout NH and traveled all over the world.  But one thing remains constant, there is no place quite like NH.  The rivers, lakes, mountains, picture postcard communities, rugged landscape, college towns, and our cherished 11 miles of coastline are all so conveniently intertwined.  It’s so easy to enjoy it all in just one day.
