Meet Kathy Gualco

Bachelor of Arts degee from UMass/Boston in English / Education and High School Teacher certification. Earned a Master of Science degree in Administration from Boston College. I began my real estate career in Boston's neighborhoods in 2001 and approach my business from a teacher's perspective. In 2005, moved to Atkinson NH, got NH license, GRI and ABR, while associated with Innovative Realty in Pelham. Member of the NHAR Professional Development Committee in 2006. Joined Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce in 2006 - Newsletter committee in 2007. Member of Greater Salem Business Networkers Int'l (BNI) since May, 2006, Secretary / Treasurer of BNI since 4/2009.
