Meet Melanie Mattson Anukem

I've been a Concord resident since 1990 after growing up in Vermont and transferring to Massachusetts.  After 4 years in accounting, 2 years in retail, 18 years in childcare, managing a home, investments, a business and raising 3 girls I find myself doing something I love.

My management and organizational skills are put to use in every day business and show in each transaction. I work very hard to make sure that the sale closes and that everyone is happy. My attention to detail makes sales go smoothly.  I have been part of a team for the past 4 years and am finding it beneficial to my success and also the success of my buyers and sellers.  Being part of a team assures that someone will always be available to service our clients.  Despite an everchanging market we continue to thrive because of our customer service in combination with the latest technology provided by Prudential Verani.

I was born and raised in Vermont and moved to Massachusetts in my youth where I started my family. I love New Hampshire for its changing seasons and natural beauty with year round activities.

I have a wonderful life in Concord, NH with my husband Victor, my three beautiful daughters and our Miniature American Eskimo dog, Pablo.  I enjoy a multi cultural home that boasts music and food from my husbands homeland in Nigeria and a mix of my likes and our childrens.  Our children are growing up and moving on to different areas.  Amanda is our oldest and she's now living in Cranston, Rhode Island.  Our middle daughter Ashley has spread her wings and has flown off to Huntington Beach, California.  Our youngest Erika will graduate from Concord Highschool this year and will be attending the University of New Hampshire next year.  The nest is emptying out and I'm not sure I like it....  Not yet anyway.    I enjoy spending time with my family and good friends, swimming, walking and dancing...keeping busy is what I love to do!
