Meet Melanie Anukem

I've been a Concord resident since 1990 after growing up in Vermont and transfering to Massachusetts.  After 4 years in accounting, 2 years in retail, 18 years in childcare, managing a home, investments, a business and raising 3 girls I find myself doing something I love. My management and organizational skills are put to use in every day business and show in each transaction. I work very hard to make sure that the sale closes and that everyone is happy. My attention to detail makes sales go smoothly.  I have been part of a team for the past 2 years and am finding it beneficial to my success and also the success of my buyers and sellers.  Being part of a team assures that someone will always be available to service our clients.  Despite a soft market we continue to thrive because of our customer service in combination with the latest technology provided by Prudential Verani.

Born and raised in Vermont I now live in Concord with my husband Victor and my three beautiful daughters.  I enjoy spending time with my family, good friends and dancing.
