Monika lives in Hampstead NH with her husband and partner Jay; she has 3 sons and one grandson Michael Charles.

Monika and Jay owned and operated Hampstead Associates dba Stage Road Realty, a small boutique style real estate firm founded by Jay’s father Joseph and his step mother Barbara in 1976.

In 1997 they decided to merge their company with Century 21 Bridge Realty, where Monika worked as the company trainer and as a sales associate until she and Jay joined the winning team of professionals at Prudential Verani Realty in Hampstead in 2005.

When not listing or selling real estate Monika enjoys several outdoor activities, such as walking, biking, kayaking and exploring New Hampshire and the coast of Maine in their motor home.
