At first, it seems like Realtors make a lot of money for selling a house.  They get paid thousands of dollars and how much work can it be!!  In both of our previous dealings there was substantial work involved and Nancy earned every penny of her commission.  Never once did she back away or complain about the constant set of new obstacles put in her way.  She went about her business in a very professional manner.  She is also smart, so she brings creative thinking to the table.  Very critical to consummating a successful deal for you is a realtor who knows their purchase and sales agreement. I recently purchased my first home, a home I had been hoping to get for a long time, and without the help and assistance of Nancy Philbrick, I would never have reached to closing date. As a first time buyer I really had no idea what to expect. Nancy made the process very easy and step by step, taking the time to explain to me and help me understand exactly which part of the process we were up to and what it meant. She was always prepared, with a specific form that was needed or a phone number to call, she always had it handy. I can’t even imagine all of the things she did behind the scenes that I probably didn’t even know needed to be done; from transferring documents, to contacting the lenders and getting me in touch with the people I needed to talk to. The sale of the condex went off with barely a hitch, and I ended up with so much more than I was expecting with this buy, which never would have happened without her. As a first time home buyer, I found what could have been a horribly confusing and overly expensive endeavor, easy and a pleasant learning experience.
