Pat is a very successful broker with twenty years of real estate experience. Those credentials and her past experience as store manager for Montgomery Ward strenthens her position as manager of the Prudential Verani Nashua office . Pat relocated many times with Montgomery Ward. This background has given her the insight to excel as a Relocation Specialist.Pat has always maintained her position within the top 5% of franchise affiliation and received the 1995 Realtor and Spirit Hall of Fame Award for her continued service to the community. Pat is a Nashua native but has relocated many times due to her past positions with Montgomery Ward. Pat now resides in Nashua and is proud of her community and all that it has to offer. She is a graduate of Rivier College and believes strongly in giving back to the community that has supported her through the years. She presently is on the Board of Directors of Marguerite's PLace (a safe haven for women & children) and on the Board of Directors of MP Housing (sister company of Marguerite's Place where affordable housing is purchased and leased to the families who have completed the program). Pat also volunteers and is a sponsor of Home, Health Hospice. Pat's love of the Arts keeps her busy in her spare time.
