Meet Paul Cote

In the past 7 years I have been in the top 15% of all Prudential Realtors® countrywide. My yearly average in Sales is 5M+ and I was the top eteam member (sales from internet generated leads) in 2007 and 2008. In the past 3 years I have been specializing in the area of foreclosed homes. I am ecertified, a new construction specialist and a member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors. Before Real Estate I attained a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. I have also worked in the computer technology field as a network administrator for Hanover Insurance.

We would just like to say a big thank you to Paul Cote and Pru Verani, for the exceptional level of customer service that we have enjoyed whilst purchasing our new home. My family and I have just relocated from the UK to New Hampshire and everyone knows that moving house in itself is stressful, let alone countries! But, dealing with Paul has been a pleasure at every stage and he has made the whole process a great deal easier. The information and suggestions that he has provided and offered have been invaluable to us, but the one thing that has pleased us the most is his attention to detail. Each request or question that we had was dealt with incredible speed, accuracy and friendly aplomb. Paul would always make a follow up call or email just to check that we were happy and we had what needed. Sadly, it seems to be a rare thing these days to receive such good attention and people are quicker to complain then they are to commend. Service such as this must not go without recognition. I am a United States Air Force Veteran, married to Melissa Cote, an Attorney specializing in juvenile law. We have 4 children, Kaffa 16, Anissa 14, Jarad 11, and Amara 7. We have lived in Londonderry for the past 19 years and my children are educated in the Londonderry school system. I enjoy spending time with my family and our Golden Retriever named Ameena. Before moving to New Hampshire I lived in Watertown and Waltham Massachusetts.
