I first met Robin (it seems like such a long time ago) back in mid to late April of 2010.

I had always toyed with the idea of buying a place but being a single father of two boys with one of them living with me and the other living with his Mom I didn't think I made enough money for this to become a reality. Robin made it a reality for me and for that I am truly grateful. It took Robin 3 months but she made it happen.

I still don't believe with all of the hard work she did for me that it was worth her time. She worked hard behind the scenes that I could see to go back and forth with the owner, mortgage company, found me a home inspector, etc... She drove all over the place and did all of this hard work, but she made it feel as though she was doing all of this for me, not her. Whenever I had a question or concern it always seemed like she stopped whatever she was doing and took the time to answer me and quickly.

Robin is a wonderful person first and foremost, a broker second. And she always had a smile on her face.

I don't know if I can ever thank her enough for what she has done for me.

Dear Robin,

Thank you so much for helping us find our first home, we LOVE it!!!  We have been very busy painting the interior as well as decorating each room.  It is such a great feeling after being renters for so many years to paint our very own walls.  We of course have also been very busy raking the many leaves that continue to fall in “our yard”!  We can’t thank you enough for the joy that saying our house or our yard gives us!

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at so very many houses until we found the house that is just perfect for us.  Many people shared their dreadful experiences of purchasing a house with us.  This sometimes made us fear the day the process would switch from looking at houses to bidding on and buying a house.  However the process was quite painless, and that is thanks to you.  You were always available to answer any and every question we had.
