We origianlly called Valerie to help us find a house to lease until we could get things in order to buy a house. She was one of the only agents that actually helped us because leasing doesn't put alot of money in an agent's pocket. She didn't seem to be bothered by this. We looked at sveral houses and finally gave up after having one fall through at the last minute because of a difficult owner. She never gave up. We were able to get everything in order to buy a house sooner than we thought so we moved our focus towards buying. She showed us a ton of houses and never complained. We put in several offers and had a couple of different houses under agreement during our search. These fell through for several different reasons ie; inspections, title issues, financing via forclosure banks etc. We just kept looking. we finally found the one that was perfect for us and got the house that was best for us in the end. I have 2 children Kristy (son-in-law Matt) and Katy who grew up in Portsmouth and are now beautiful grown women living on each coast.

Gardening and pickling is on of my passions, I have 4 gardens and love to share with clients and neighbors. I love outdoor sports and my early mornings at the gym. Boating, fishing, hiking and cooking are some of my favorite pastimes as well.
