Exterior

  • Sweep front walkway
  • Remove toys, newspapers, yard tools and other clutter
  • Pick up after pets
  • Keep lawn mowed and shrubbery neatly trimmed
  • Remove dead and dying plants
  • Add color with flowers and potted plants
  • Park vehicles in the garage or on the street
  • Neatly arrange garage items and sweep floor
  • Remove grease and oil spots from the driveway
  • Repair gates, fences and sidewalks

Interior

  • Remove clutter, organize closets and cupboards
  • Vacuum and dust
  • Clean carpets and drapes
  • Wash windows, mirrors, floors and fixtures
