Our job is to help you find that needle in a haystack. We believe with our advanced search programming, we can deliver the ability to do just that. The search engine that powers the www.verani.com is very similar to the most advance engines out there today, whether it be Google or Bing. So let’s get started with an overview of what you can do, and how you can narrow your search to that perfect home you have always wished for.
Let's start with our homepage
When entering City or Town names, enter the town name, comma then the State abbreviation. For example: Concord, NH
When entering zip codes, just enter the five digit zip code
When entering the MLS number (the number assigned to each property in the Multiple Listing Service) just enter the number
When entering information in the description or features box, using the + will look for properties with all of those features, not just one. For Example: pool + renovated + downtown
Don't have a particular town in mind but want to find all Horse Properties for sale? Easy! Don't enter a city or town, just type "horse" in the description field and bingo, every listing with the word "horse" in the description will be delivered to you in a split second!
Let's look at a more traditional search
You can continue with this search or you can narrow the search further by using a number of refinements features.
Let's take a look at the Must Have feature
