Using Metro Regions
We have predefined several metro regions in New Hampshire to make it easier to search in specific areas, where you may not be familiar with the surrounding towns. If you are searching for a property with an easy commute on I-93, you may want to start with the I-93 South Corridor. To find out what specific towns are in each Metro Region click here.
The Metro Regions are also helpful in showing you properties in an area that you may miss if searching only in specific towns.
However, if you only want to search for properties in specific towns, then select each specific town.

Using the "Show only 100% Match" Selection
For those of you that are just beginning your search we suggest leaving the 100% match unselected. You will receive search results that may not be exact matches, however the 100% matches will always appear first in your search results. Under each property photo you we display the match% for each listing. This will show you properties that match most of your search criteria, but maybe not all.
Example: You search for properties with a price range of $200,000 to $250,000 - what if there was a property that matched all of your other search criteria, but was priced at $199,900? If you have 100% match selected you would not see the home for $199,900 in your results. If you do not select 100% match, the home for $199,900 will appear in your search results with a match of maybe 97%.

Too Many Results - How to narrow your search
Getting too many results?
Make sure you have selected towns or a Metro Region, or you may be searching an entire state.
Check your price range and required beds and baths. Set the beds and baths to the minimum required.
Still too many? - Try selecting :Show Only 100% matches".

Too Few Results - How to expand your search
Not enough results?
If you have "Show Only 100% matches" selected, try deselecting this option. Then you will see properties that match most of your search criteria.
If you are a Registered user or PVRC user you may be setting too many advanced search features. The information in our database is only as good as what is input to the Multiple Listing Service. Not all listings are put into the MLS with all their appropriate features. Sometimes a home may have a fireplace, however it may not appear in your search if the listing agent did not select it as a feature in the MLS. Try selecting less advanced features.
