As a NRU you can view the detailed description of each property and access all Property Photos, Property Tours, and access our many tools like School Reports. You can use our site as often as you like and remain anonymous. No one from Prudential Verani Realty will contact you. You know what you’re looking for and have specific search requirements. You want to be able to Save specific Property Searches and receive email updates (twice daily) on new listing and changes that meet your search criteria, all from the comfort of your Internet connection.

As a RU, you provide us with your name and email address, thereby allowing us to send email updates. In addition to our many property tools, you have access to our advanced search criteria which allows you narrow your searches to specific school districts, styles of homes, or even heat types. You can save properties to “My Favorites” for easy reference and schedule showings on line. A Prudential Verani Realtor® will make themselves available to you for assistance and guidance when you need it.

You know what you are looking for and have reached the stage where you are ready to start seeing properties in person. Not only do you want to perform specific property searches and receive email updates, but you also want full mapping access that includes property addresses. You can enjoy all the benefits of being in one of our offices with the comfort and convenience of the Internet.

As a PVRC, you provide us with additional contact information and agree to our Terms of Use which states that you are truly in the process of buying or selling a property and that you will work with Prudential Verani in that process. Although you are not yet a client we can provide you, as a customer, with advanced information about properties that interest you. This information includes full property addresses, along with maps of the area, other homes for sale and the location of recent properties that are no longer on the market in the same neighborhood. As with our RU’s a Prudential Verani Realtor® will be available to you to help you through the process.
