Carol Jordan is the Talent Advisor to the leadership team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty. Carol brings over 20 years combined experience in residential sales, new homes construction sales, and agent recruiting to the role. She developed her love of all things real estate in Boston, working with one of the top real estate companies in the city. Having listed and sold properties in each of the five states she has lived in, Carol has much experience in the home buying and selling process, understanding firsthand that it is a major life decision. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with all whom she assists and works with. Over the past several years, Carol has thrived assisting dozens of real estate agent professionals in her role as a company administrator. The skills she has developed in customer service, networking, and business communications will transition seamlessly in assisting agents in elevating their business success and strategies as they leverage the resources and support of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty. Carols interests outside of work include cycling the Seacoast, walking, cooking, swimming, and spending time with her adult children in Boston and in New Hampshire, and with her friends and family. She enjoys all things Seacoast, including the beaches, Market Square, the local entertainment, and the food scene. She and her partner are looking forward to sailing the NH, Maine Seacoast this summer. Contributing and giving back to her community is also important to Carol. She has volunteered with Families First, Prescott Park Arts Festival, and the Music Hall and frequently contributes and supports VeraniCares, Verani Realtys philanthropic arm
