Nashua, NH - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) recently welcomed real estate professional Angel García to its growing team.

Angel’s business career started at his father’s post-secondary beauty school in Puerto Rico, Leston College. There he worked different positions including Sales Representative, Auditor, and Operations Manager. While working at Leston College, he completed a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, and became a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified in Financial Forensics.

During 2012 and 2013, Angel worked as an Auditor for the Department of Agriculture, Regulatory Office for Milk Processors, in Puerto Rico. Since 2014, Angel has worked for the US Department of Defense, Defense Contract Audit Agency, as an Auditor in Nevada and New Hampshire, USA. In 2018, he completed a Master’s in Business Administration, Leadership, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Angel works as the Property Manager of his family’s investment properties (i.e., multi-family, single-family, and condo properties) in Puerto Rico since 2009 and has experience with real estate purchases, rental agreements, return on investment analysis, cost-benefit analysis, financial statements, and is a real estate investor. He has worked with mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants, engineers, construction personnel, real estate agents, and tenants as part of his property management responsibilities.
