Bianca's excitement and enthusiasm for real estate are seen as soon as she sits down with a potential buyer or seller of a home. She has been a lifelong athlete, playing basketball and softball and through leadership roles at Trinity College, where Bianca graduated with a double major in Educational Studies and Sociology, she developed excellent presentation skills, strong discipline, stellar organizational skills and the attention to detail required in assisting clients in the purchase and sale of their home. As a participant in two NCAA division III sports, Bianca balanced a commitment of 25-30 hours per week throughout the school year with her academic focus. Bianca's commitment to her teammates on her sports teams throughout the years is just as important to her as the commitment she exhibits to all of her clients.
As a resident of Lawrence, Bianca is extremely comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds. Her fluency in Spanish makes for effective communication in all transactions and her warm demeanor allows clients to feel included in in every step.
