Bruce Holt, REALTOR®

Bruce joins us from the recent merger between Country Lakes Realty and Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty!

Born and raised in Southern New Hampshire, Bruce grew up on an Apple and Dairy Farm. He attended UNH for 2 years and received an Associate Degree in Business, thereafter, he continued his education at Kansas State University and received a B.S in Economics. 

Bruce worked for Agway Inc. in management until the blizzard of 1978. From that time on, he has been self-employed owning several small businesses and purchasing various commercial and rental properties throughout the State of New Hampshire. While living in Mont Vernon, he served on the Mont Vernon Board of Adjustment, Town Budget Committee and Amherst/Mont Vernon Souhegan School District Budget Committee.

In 2005, Bruce and his wife downsized their home and moved north to their second home in Hebron, NH. Starting a new career, he became a Real Estate agent for Country Lakes Realty Inc. and in 2007 had the opportunity to buy into the company and become a partner. Now Bruce is excited to continue his real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty!
