About Eric
After winning "Rookie of the Year" in 1998, I've continued to strive for excellence in all facets of my real estate career. My work history includes listing/sales, investor sales/leasing, first-time buyer education and sales, landlord-tenant relations, construction management and top notch marketing.
After graduating from Boston University with B.S. in Communications/Marketing, I quickly realized real estate was a safe investment for a savvy buyer. Knowledge is everything in life and in business, so starting with my first sale (which I sold to myself) to my most recent sale I've learned the ins and outs of making moves happen.
I pride myself with being honest and dependable with an up front attitude so we are all on the same page and there are no surprises. I assure all of my clients with the highest service standards coupled with a personally tailored approach to making your move perfect.
Living in North Andover with my wife and four children for over twelve years has given me great insite to the communities I service. We love the town for it's New England charm, excellent school system, awesome booster club programs, proximity to Boston, seacoast beaches, the White Mountains and Maine.
Personally I enjoy coaching my children's sports teams, with three championships in the past couple years in Basketball and Softball. Other interest include boating, gardening, tennis, golf, Theater and music.
