Greg Chance, REALTOR®

Greg is a licensed REALTOR® in New Hampshire and he welcomes the opportunity to assist new clients in the sale or purchase of properties focusing on properties in the Lakes Region. A successful Show Horse Farrier by Trade, Greg began that career in Portland Oregon before relocating his business to the east coast in 2006. In his spare time, Greg invested in properties which he then renovated and sold to new owners. It was that experience that led to Greg developing his passion for real estate. Greg’s 30 years of owning an operating Greg Chance Horseshoeing has taught him scheduling, communication and negotiating skills which help him to provide buyers, sellers and investors a positive experience through the Real Estate process.

Greg resides in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. In his free time, you will find him around Wolfeboro or with his family on Kingswood Lake in Brookfield New Hampshire.
