I joined Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty to offer quality service to my clients. By combining Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Verani Realty and my sales experience and higher standards for customer service I am positioned to provide and help clients sell or buy their next home in New Hampshire. I know that providing the very best service is about being a great listener, communicator and putting my clients needs first.
Family values are extremely important to me. My most enjoyable moments are spending time with my husband, children and granddaughters.
Being a resident of Bedford, NH for over 40 years has provided me with an abundance of knowledge about the town. I love all that it has to offer; including the schools, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, family activities and restaurants. My knowledge and understanding of the Bedford community will benefit my clients as we work together through the exciting process of purchasing their new home.
Listening and fulfilling the expectations of each buyer and seller is my strength. I chose Verani Realty because they are a family owned and operated company that provides their agents with the training and tools needed to make your buying or selling experience positive.

I called about a property in NH that Kathy happened to be the listing agent for. Although we decided that the subject property did not fit our needs Kathy offered to work with us to look for suitable housing. She listened to our buying criteria and found us a diverse group of properties to visit. I think it took us only 3-4 buying tours before we found the Goffstown property.
