Lindsey has over 15 years of experience with a wide range of real estate clients. Her client base ranges from business owners, commercial developers and tenants to land development and redevelopment projects. She has also represented clients in retail, including leasing, owner representation and sales. Her clients vary from those who own one asset to those who own many assets. Her most recent project, Capital Place on Amherst Street (101A) in Nashua, NH has received lots of attention. It is being lauded as Nashua’s Hottest New Retail Center on the “Miracle Mile”.

Lindsey’s understanding of the industry and today’s ever-changing retail landscape enables her to provide unparalleled service to her clients. She works collaboratively with landlords, developers and investors to identify gaps in the marketplace, specifically categories that might be missing or in an inferior location to their property. By utilizing several predictive analytic models, proprietary tools and resources she is able to identify supply/demand gaps in the market. She and her team create, enhance, and preserve the long-term value of a client’s property.

Lindsey is one of just a handful of young, women brokers in commercial real estate in NH. She is an active member of NHCIBOR and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Lindsey enjoys volunteering with New Horizons Shelter & Food Pantry, Toys for Tots and Special Olympics. During election season she works as a ballot inspector for Ward 1 in Manchester.
