Philosophy
They say if you love what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life. That’s my motto for why I became a Realtor. I really enjoy everything about Real Estate. It’s the challenge of matching someone’s needs to a home that achieves their goal. Whether it’s a couple downsizing to a smaller home for less maintenance, or a growing family upsizing because they need more space, the Real Estate process is very rewarding to me. For sellers, it’s interesting to analyze the current and “sold” Real Estate market to determine a reasonable price for a home, so it sells quickly and for the highest possible price.
Experience, and Community Connections
I grew up in New Hampshire and have lived in the beautiful Seacoast area for over 20 years. I enjoy meeting new people, asking questions and listening to give advice in the buying or selling process. My previous careers in Broadcasting, Advertising Sales and Marketing have been a tremendous help to me in developing and honing strong communication and negotiation skills - which translates well in Real Estate. Home decorating and staging is a passion for me, and I’ve recently completed the Home Staging Advocate Certification. I am excited about the opportunity to work at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-Verani in Exeter. I live in Hampton with my husband and two children.
