About Nate
Nate is a licensed Realtor in Vermont and New Hampshire and a member of the Upper Valley Board of Realtors. Nate specializes in historical homes, new construction and land. He is engaged and active with the educational, cultural, and medical partners in the community and loves welcoming new home owners to the Upper Valley.
As a young man Nate led the development and financing of hundreds of housing units in the western states. He was a council member of the National Association of Home Builders, The National Housing Congress, specializing in financing with private, public and non-profit partnerships.
In addition to real estate, Nate has worked in the travel industry for over 23 years and is a personal guide to destinations around the world. He maintains close ties to New York City, Providence, Florida, Chicago, London and Dublin. Nate is involved in fundraising for the arts, education initiatives, food banks, and LGBT youth programs. He brings a commitment to diversity and inclusion to all of his interactions.
Along with his husband, Curt, Nate lives in the upper valley restoring an old farmhouse and cider orchard. They also live in the capital city of Providence, Rhode Island and have leadership roles in the arts, Brown University, and the cultural life of the community. Nate proudly serves as a mayoral appointee to the Providence Tourism Council as its Treasurer.
In his free time, he can be found hiking in the local mountains, discovering a new swimming hole, or setting off to London for a show, depending on the day. Nate fell in love with the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire over 15 years ago and loves sharing that feeling with others. Whether selling your home, finding that perfect investment property, or relocating to this magnificent part of the country, Nate will work tirelessly and ethically on your behalf.
