Patricia Langdon has been a full time NH broker since 1981, and is a member of the National Realtor Association, the NH Association of Realtors, and the Granite State South Board of Realtors. Pat is also Historic Properties certified and a past member of the National Historic Trust, and a past chartered Rotary member.
Pat has been a resident of Epping since 1962 and she owned and operated ERA Franchise Real Estate Company for 25 years in Epping and a branch office 10 years in Stratham, NH. She is a Residential Relocation Specialist and has been Listing and Selling properties, both Residential and Commercial, in the Seacoast and Southeast NH for over 38 years. Pat prides herself on a high standard of integrity, a strong work ethic, a results-oriented attitude, and makes client satisfaction a priority. She is experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about fulfilling all of YOUR Real Estate needs.
