Over 15 years in Real Estate, Paul has seen changes to the real estate market and understands that adapting to them and the needs of his customers and clients is critical. Paul has been a consistent top producer providing excellent customer service and he has built his business on referrals as his reputation precedes him.
Paul's prior experience as a Network Administrator in the computer industry enabled him to transfer his technology knowledge combined with servicing customers into his real estate career. With this background, he has embraced change and the use of advanced technology tools to assist his buyers and sellers in the biggest decision of their lives.
He has expertise and knowledge in all aspects of real estate with an emphasis on new construction, bank owned and residential and investment properties. Responding to the market, Paul has been involved with REO(bank owned) and most recently 150 transactions in the last four years. Paul originally hails from New Bedford, Massachusetts and has been a resident of New Hampshire for over twenty five years and considers himself a New Hampshire person. He loves the Granite State for all its natural beauty and enjoys its four seasons from the beach to the mountains. He knows all that it has to offer and loves sharing it with customers who want to learn more.
Prior to moving to New Hamphire, he and his wife lived in the Boston area, in Watertown and Waltham. He and his wife who is an attorney specializing in juvenile law have raised their four children in Londonderry. Paul knows the area well as he has travelledto many a sporting event!
Proud to be an Air Force Veteran, Paul welcomes the opportunity to work with other veterans and knows the programs that are available to them.
Paul is a family man and enjoys spending time and is proud of his children. He is a dog lover and enjoys taking walks with his Golden Retriever named Madaket which is why his motto is
