Homes sold for an average of 100% of asking price, unchanged from November and one point lower than December 2024. Buyer demand remained balanced, with negotiations staying close to list price despite slower seasonal conditions.
Total sales volume reached $413.3 million, a 5% increase from November and 1% higher than December 2024. Homes spent a median of 27 days on the market, two days longer than November and two days longer than last year, reflecting a modest cooling in pace as the year wrapped up.
For the full year, 6,320 homes sold in 2025. This total is 10% higher than November year to date figures and 2% above the same point in 2024, confirming that overall market activity finished the year slightly stronger than last year.
