In March 2025, 711 homes were sold, up 19% from February but down 15% from March 2024. Despite the drop in sales year-over-year, home prices remained steady, with the median sale price at $750,000, a 4% decrease from last year. The median list price rose slightly to $729,900, up 1% from February but 6% lower than March 2024.
Buyers continued to compete, paying 103% of the list price, showing strong demand. Total sales volume reached $670 million, a 19% increase from February, but 17% lower than last year.
Homes sold faster than in February, spending a median of 17 days on the market, four days quicker than last month and one day faster than March 2024. Year-to-date, 2,036 homes have sold, nearly on pace with last year, down just 2% from 2024.
The market remains competitive, with strong buyer demand and stable prices, but overall sales volume continues to trail 2024 levels.
