Homes sold for an average of 99% of asking price, unchanged from both November and December 2024. This consistency reflects steady buyer demand, even as days on market lengthened.
Total sales volume reached $856.9 million, down 3% from November but up 12% compared to December 2024. Homes spent a median of 20 days on the market, five days longer than November and five days longer than last year, signaling a slower pace typical of year end conditions.
For the full year, 16,926 homes sold statewide in 2025. This total is 9% higher than November year to date figures and 4% above the same point in 2024, confirming that New Hampshire’s housing market finished the year meaningfully stronger than last year despite late year cooling in pace.
