In March 2025, 867 homes were sold, up 9% from February but down 11% from last year. The median sale price rose to $489,000, a 4% increase month-over-month and year-over-year. Similarly, the median list price climbed to $490,000, up 4% from February and 9% from March 2024.
Buyers remained competitive, paying 100% of the list price, a slight increase from February but 1% lower than last year. Total sales volume reached $482 million, a 12% increase from last month but 8% lower than March 2024.
Homes sold faster than in February, spending a median of 12 days on the market, six days quicker than last month but three days longer than last year. Year-to-date, 2,499 homes have sold, 4% fewer than in 2024.
The market remains active, with rising home prices and faster sales, but overall transaction volume is still trailing last year’s levels.
