Bill has proudly served as a full-time law enforcement officer in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region for the past 13 years. His career in public service has shaped his professional approach — built on integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and clear communication. Those same values guide his real estate business.

Active in real estate since 2014, Bill offers hands-on experience in conventional residential sales, short-term rental investments, and fix-and-flip properties. As both an investor and agent, he understands real estate from multiple angles and provides practical, real-world insight to buyers, sellers, and investors alike. For the past five years, he has been helping clients confidently navigate their real estate goals with a steady, solutions-focused approach.

A devoted husband and father to three young children, ages 7, 5, and 1, Bill understands the importance of home and community. When he’s not working, he and his family enjoy traveling and spending their summers at Lake Winnisquam, making the most of everything New Hampshire has to offer.
