We were in an unusual situation in that we wanted to relocate from another state on the other end of the country, and wanted to find a home to buy and move into promptly so as to avoid a rent nightmare and multiple moves. We were stressed with all that our move entailed including selling our own property and trying to find a home in New Hampshire that ticked as many of our 'must have' and 'would really like to have' boxes as possible.
