“Our first home purchase Carrie did an amazing job. It was a fast buy and she was incredibly helpful and communicative. Our first home sale we reached out again and she was once again amazing. Her overall persona is so easy to be around and work with but either she is the luckiest realtor alive or incredibly good because I told her what I wanted and she delivered. Immediate sale (not even making it to the open house), cash sale and 15 day close…. I asked for a unicorn and she delivered just that. We listed 9:00pm the day before May 1 and we signed May 2 and closed May 16. PHENOMENAL!!! Oh and she saved us some funds fixing up the house by telling us what would be the priority areas and what would just be redone anyways so not to touch it.”
