Before real estate, Charles built a successful career in the high-tech industry, specializing in printed circuit board design, fabrication, and assembly. That background instilled a strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and work ethic that continues to serve his clients today.
In addition to his real estate career, Charles has been a dedicated public servant in the community. He is a past Selectman and is currently serving his 12th term as a State Representative. He also serves as Chair of the Windham Housing Authority, helping to advance affordable housing opportunities for residents aged 62 and above.
His contributions to the town of Windham include helping initiate town-wide recycling, the development of Griffin Park for community recreation, and participation in long-term planning efforts for police, fire, and library expansion.
