Erica Lovewin, REALTOR®

Erica Lovewin is a New Hampshire native and has enjoyed living in the Lakes Region and Central NH. Erica’s interest in real estate developed during her childhood years and led to a lengthy career in Property Management. She managed a 300+ unit portfolio, primarily featuring new construction townhomes, while developing skills and abilities necessary to achieve future goals in the industry. Erica went on to be involved in a complete home renovation project resulting in a successful resale and then purchased her first income property.  Erica’s drive to achieve goals and make a difference originates from her passion to help people.

Erica’s mission is to positively impact the life of every person she encounters, to promote a comfortable atmosphere allowing focus to remain on the vision or goal, to listen thoughtfully and to empower and educate consumers to make confident, informed decisions.

Erica enjoys spending time with family, friends, her husband Waylon and their three dogs - Kolton, Jasper and Fergus.  She loves to adventure, be outdoors and try new things.  From disc golf to kayaking, hiking and camping - if it’s an outside activity in NH, Erica is there for it!
