Fiona Tilles has called the Upper Valley home since childhood and has a genuine appreciation for the communities that make this area such a special place to live. Before entering real estate, she spent eight years in the auction and antiques industry, working with clients, fine furnishings, and distinctive homes. She later built a career in the biopharmaceutical industry while also working in hospitality, experiences that strengthened her organization, communication, attention to detail, and people-first approach.

Fiona is committed to making the buying and selling process clear, comfortable, and well-supported. She especially enjoys helping buyers understand each step of the process and make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, Fiona enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, yoga and Pilates, skiing, singing with a local community choir, and exploring everything the Upper Valley has to offer. She brings energy, honesty, and follow-through to every client relationship and looks forward to helping people find a place that truly feels like home.
