About The Greg & Tina Team
The Greg and Tina Team was formed through the partnership of Greg Cloutier, an experienced real estate broker since the 1990s, and Christina Connell, an associate broker since 2010. Their collaboration was established with the goal of providing exceptional service to their clients. It's worth noting that they also happen to be a Father-Daughter duo, which further strengthens their relationship and enhances their teamwork.
Greg has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in property management. Since 2006, he has been working as a Real Estate Broker/Manager at New England Prime Properties, where he has developed an extensive knowledge of managing properties in southern Maine. Greg previously owned and operated Cloutier Property Management, where he oversaw the daily operations of condominium associations. With over 20 years of experience in this field, he has gained valuable insights into the management of buildings and has a deep understanding of the challenges that property owners face.
In addition to his property management experience, Greg has also been a licensed real estate agent for many years. He started selling real estate full-time after joining Prudential Prime Properties in 2000. His years of experience in the industry have given him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of real estate, including buying, selling, and investing. With his commitment to providing exceptional service and his extensive knowledge of the local market, Greg is well-equipped to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
