A dual-licensed REALTOR® licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine, helping buyers, sellers, and investors find their perfect spot along our beautiful coastline. After more than a decade working as a behavior specialist, I brought that same patience, problem-solving, and people-first mindset into real estate — and it’s become my superpower.
I guide clients through every step of the process with clear communication, local expertise, and a no-drama approach. Whether it’s a first home, a coastal retreat, or an investment property, I’m here to make the experience smooth, informed, and (yes) even enjoyable.
When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me exploring New Hampshire and Maine with my husband, wrangling my two dogs, or visiting our two Airbnbs in Boothbay Harbor. Coastal living is my happy place — and helping others build their own version of it is what I love most.
