With a professional background spanning 10 years in law enforcement, John brings a disciplined, investigative approach to real estate. His experience evaluating evidence, identifying risk, and building clear conclusions translates directly into helping clients assess property condition, interpret inspection reports, and make informed decisions.
In addition to his law enforcement career, John has extensive hands-on experience in home construction and renovation, including flooring, drywall, painting, electrical work, plumbing, irrigation, landscaping, and tile installation. This technical knowledge allows him to evaluate homes beyond surface appearance and identify potential structural or maintenance concerns.
John is also an experienced homeowner and real estate client, having personally bought and sold six homes across four states. This provides him with firsthand understanding of the buyer and seller experience, from negotiation to closing.
As a licensed REALTOR®, John has completed formal negotiation training and has already participated in multiple real estate transactions, including closed and pending deals. He works independently and is committed to representing clients with diligence, precision, and strong advocacy.
