Kate and Jen are both natives to the Seacoast NH area. Before joining the Real Estate field, Kate worked at her family’s business, Foss Motors in Exeter, NH, in sales and advertising. Jennifer brings 21 years of New Construction experience to the team. With a parent who is a builder, Jen had first hand experience working directly with contractors and subs, scheduling and managing projects - from the blueprint stage to the final selections.
